깨끗하고 편안한 침대와 이불이 좋았습니다. 밖의 소음도 11시면 끝나 조용히 숙면을 취할 수 있었고 staff또한 모두 친절했습니다.

La ubicación es excelente, muy práctica para moverse por la ciudad. El contacto con el staff fue muy ágil, principalmente por WhatsApp, ya que casi no coincidimos en persona, pero siempre respondieron rápido y con amabilidad. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con una limpieza correcta. Como punto a mejorar, el desayuno: lo traen en una cajita a la habitación, pero la calidad es bastante justa, recomendaría mejor desayunar en los alrededores. Éramos cuatro huéspedes y nos dejaron solo tres toallas, detalle a tener en cuenta. Además, el sofá cama necesita una renovación, ya que no resulta muy cómodo.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the last building on Earth. The room smelled like mold and regret, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the Cold War, and the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by breathing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid it like the plague — actually, the plague might be cleaner.

Desde el primer momento te sientes como en casa. La atención en recepción es magnífica (en especial la de Stefan). Las habitaciones están limpias, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la localización es inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la Plaza Macedonia y de muchos restaurantes y cafeterías.

The location was very good however the kettle lit was broken and bathroom shower was not working .When reported to the Management they said previous customer broke them! Additionally the elivator was not working properly.We wolked 6 floor steps on foot with luggeges...

The desk is not staffed the whole time, so having a SIM to being able to call them would be helpful. Other than that- super friendly family run hotel in a great location.

daha önce bir çok kez konakladığım otel , uçuşumda yaşanan sorundan dolayı , konaklama yapamadım , uçuşumda değişiklik oldu , 2 gün sonrası için konaklama değişikliği talep ettim , iade ve değişiklik kabul edilmedi , check in yapılmayan her konaklamanın iadesi yapılmak zorundadır, uluslar arası bir kuraldır, bankadan iadesini talep edeceğim. paragöz bir işletme , bir çok yerde seyahat deneyimim oldu, bu tarz işletmeler , odalarda bıraktığımız eşyalar içinde güvenli olmayacağını düşünüyorum ,

Otel üsküp'ün merkezinde yer almakta. Makedonya meydanına 2 adım diyebiliriz. Çevresel olanaklar çok fazla. Otel çok temiz. Otelde kahvaltı yok. Otelin girişi kötü nedenine gelince sizi karşılayan bir resepsiyon yok. Kendi çabalarınızda personele ulaştığınız takdirde size bir şifre veriyorlar şifre ile otele giriş imkanı buluyorsunuz. Ancak yeni gelen biri için bir resepsiyon bulunmamakta Bu da sizin için zaman kaybı olabilir. Resepsiyon dışında bütün imkanları güzel kahvaltısı yok yemek yok bunları göze alarak rezervasyon yapacaksınız personel güler yüzlü anlayışlı yardımsever tavsiye ederim benim için şartlar yeterliydi.
